I want to introduce/post about Livly Island on my social media (Youtube, Instagram, X, etc.)
If you wish to display your own island, hom, livlies, etc. on your own social media, that is fine. However, if you display someone else's island, hom, livlies, account details, etc. without their permission, it may lead to issues later.
We ask that you are careful when recording/screenshotting the app, by making sure that another person's personal details/account details are not present. This is in line with our Privacy Policy.
We also ask that any posts be for PERSONAL use only, and not used for company gains and/or monetary purposes. This includes being paid in cash or in other types of compensation.
If we find anything, including but not limited to, that hurts the image of this app, is the result of finding and exploiting a bug/error, can be seen as lowering the trustworthiness/obstructs our running of this app, and business, we will immediately ask that the offending posts/videos, etc. are deleted.
If these posts/videos/etc. are not deleted after being asked, we may lodge a criminal complaint, begin legal proceedings, and ask for damages according to Japanese law
