I've forgotten my Transfer ID and Password

Unfortunately, even if we can verify you own the account, we cannot share the registered ID or password linked to the account.
Either reset, or please contact us.

■If you are able to login via the app.

Tap the bottom right icon on your Island to open the Sub Menu. From there go to Settings, the Set Up Data Transfer. Input the ID and Password you want, then hit Update.

*You will not need to input any previous IDs or Passwords to do this.
*Even if your Password is over 6 characters long, it will only display 6 characters.
*For security, your password will not display on the Register Screen.

■If you can't login.

It is possible to contact us through the app even without logging in via the following steps.
1. Once the app opens to the ‘Start’ page, tap the Icon on the bottom right.
2. Find ”I don’t know my account ID” section under ‘Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).’ From there, hit “Contact the customer support desk” at the very bottom of the page.
3. Under the “Categories” pull-down, select “Account Recovery/Transfer”, then input your details. Please be as detailed as possible. Then hit ‘Send’.

*If you do not write anything in the details section/only send a screenshot/the details you provide are not enough for us to verify that the account belongs to you, we may not be able to locate and relink your account.
