I can't create a new account

There are two reasons why you may not be able to create a new account.

①There is already an account linked to that device/OS account.

②Your account has been deleted/You requested an account deletion.

Please wait a while before reinstalling the app. We apologize for the inconvenience.

*There is a limit of one account per device.
*There may be a delay of several days after an account being deleted before being able to make a new one.
Please note that even if you contact our customer support team, we will not be able to give you a time as to when you will be able to create a new account. We apologize for the inconvenience.
