At G.L.L. Shop, you can obtain special bonus items from “G.L.L. Collection” and purchase a wide variety of Supporters Pack thank-you gifts from “L.R.L. Goods”.

■How do I get bonus items?

Members will get 1 newly released product for free every month as a reward.

Please tap the Free button in G.L.L. Shop to receive the item.
*The bonus item will be delivered to your Gift Box.

Additionally, you can purchase bonus items from the current and previous months by tapping the Buy sign on the counter. Please note that you may only purchase up to 1 of each item every month.

■When are new G.L.L. Collection products released every month?

A new product will be added to G.L.L. Collection on the first day of every month.

Please note that the arrival time may differ from your membership renewal date and Lab Work job reset date.

■Will I get another bonus item if I cancel and re-subscribe to the membership within the same month?

If you cancel and re-subscribe to the membership within the same month, your membership will resume and another member reward item will not be distributed that month.

■How do I purchase L.R.L. Goods?

You can tap the catalog on the counter to browse and purchase thank-you gifts from Supporters Packs previously sold in New Mahara Shop.

*Purchased items will be delivered to your Gift Box.

*In G.L.L. Castle, tap the stairs on the left of “2F Entrance Hall” to go to “3F G.L.L. Shop”. Once you have entered the area once, you will be able to access it easily via the Map in the top-right corner of G.L.L. Castle screen.

*Please accept the items from your Gift Box before they expire.
