■How to Access to G.L.L. Castle

1. Tap Park from the /move menu on your island screen.

2.In General Livly Park, tap the upwards arrow (↑) button.

3. In Information Park, tap the G.L.L. Gate signpost or the upwards arrow (↑) button.

4. You will arrive at G.L.L. Entryway. Tap on the doors under the G.L.L. Gate sign to enter G.L.L. Castle.
*You need to subscribe to G.L.L. Club to access G.L.L. Castle.

■If “G.L.L. Entryway” has disappeared from Park Pocket Book
 

When you re-install the app or switch between devices with different operating systems, the “G.L.L. Entryway” record may disappear from Park Pocket Book. In this case, please follow the steps below to access G.L.L. Castle.

*Once you have accessed the area, “G.L.L. Entryway” will appear in Park Pocket Book again.

1. Tap Park from the /move menu on your island screen.
2. In General Livly Park, tap the upwards arrow (↑) button.
3. In Information Park, tap the G.L.L. Gate signpost or the upwards arrow (↑) button.

■If the “G.L.L. Club Member validity period has expired” message is displayed when you attempt to enter the castle

Your G.L.L. Club subscription may be expired. Please follow the steps below to confirm your subscription status.

Additionally, if you have canceled your subscription and wish to re-join G.L.L. Club, please complete the subscription process again.

How to check your subscription status:

1.Go to Settings > Your Name (profile icon) > Subscriptions.
2.Tap on “G.L.L. Club Member” to check your subscription status. *Access paths and displays may differ between OS versions.

1.Open Google Play Store and tap your profile icon at the top right.
2.Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3.In the Subscriptions page, check if your subscription status is still valid or if your payment method has been verified. *Access paths and displays may differ between OS versions.
