■How do I join G.L.L. Club?

1. Open the app and tap the Buy GP/GPP button at the top right of your island screen.

2. Tap Join Club in the relevant banner and then tap the Join G.L.L. Club button at the bottom of the screen.

■How do I quit G.L.L. Club?

You must process the cancellation yourself via the store before the next auto-renewal of your subscription.

■G.L.L. Club Cancellation Procedure

1. Go to Settings > Your Name (profile icon) > Subscriptions.
2. Tap on “G.L.L. Club Member”.
3. Tap the “Cancel Subscription” button to access the confirmation screen and cancel your subscription.

1. Open Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon on the top right.
3. Go to Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
4. Tap on “G.L.L. Club Member”.
5. Tap the “Cancel Subscription” button and follow the instructions.

If the cancellation is not processed by the store at least 24 hours before the next billing date, the subscription will be renewed automatically.

If the cancellation is processed by the store at least 24 hours before the next billing date, the auto-renewal will be discontinued, and you will not be billed for the next month’s subscription.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do so at least 2 days before the next billing date to allow enough time for the store to process your cancellation.

*Uninstalling or withdrawing from the Livly Island app will not cancel your subscription.
*Even after you cancel your subscription, you may still enjoy the subscription rewards until the end of the validity period.
