Please read the following before switching to a new OS.

・About GP and dd
Livly Island is currently available on Apple App Store and Android Google Play.
As GP and dd are controlled differently depending on the OS, GP and dd can only be transferred between devices of the same OS.

Example 1. I want to transfer my GP and dd from my iPhone to a Samsung phone.
Unfortunately, they're not the same OS; therefore, GP and dd cannot be transferred.

Example 2. I want to transfer my GP and dd from my iPhone 8 to my iPhone X.
As iPhones all run on the same OS (iOS), both GP and dd can be transferred.

・About currently held items.
It is possible to transfer items between any OS. (Between iOS and Android and vice versa.)

・About items in your Gift Box
It is possible to transfer Gift Box items between any OS. (Between iOS and Android and vice versa.)

・About Lab Work (Progress and Unclaimed Lab Work Rewards)
It is possible to transfer Lab Work progress and unclaimed rewards between any OS. (Between iOS and Android and vice versa.)

・About Accepted but Unused Tickets
It is possible to transfer Tickets between any OS. (Between iOS and Android and vice versa.)

・About the set purchase counter (Times until Soul Link can be used.)

It is possible to transfer set purchase progress between any OS. (Between iOS and Android and vice versa.)

・About Step-Up GP Sale Purchase counter

It is possible to transfer Step-Up GP Sale purchase counter between any OS. (Between iOS and Android and vice versa.)

・About G.L.L. Club

You will need to resubscribe via your new OS.

*You will also need to Unsubscribe from the G.L.L. Club service via your old OS.
