I am having trouble finding one of my items. What do I do?
■ If the item was drawn from a New Mahara Shop set
・Restart the app and check again.
・Access the corresponding set’s details page and tap List to confirm the item type.
E.g. If you cannot find the "Tropical Face Paint" item from the "Southern Paradise" set, please try the following:
1. Access the Southern Paradise set's details page. Tap List and select the corresponding item category, i.e. island, hom, or livly.
2. Look for Tropical Face Paint and confirm its item type. (In this case, the item type is "makeup".)
3. Find the item via /item > Fashion > Accs > Makeup.
■ If the item was purchased from Yami Shop
・Tap on the item in Yami Shop and confirm its item type (displayed under the thumbnail images).
・Look for the item under the corresponding item type’s tab in /item > My Items.
■ Go to My Items
・Items in /item > My Items > All are displayed by order of acquisition (newest to oldest) by default.
*You may use the Sort/Filter function in the top-right corner of the screen to find your item.
■ If an error occurs during a purchase/draw and it is not clear if it was successful
・Please contact us via the in-app Submenu found at the bottom right of your island screen > Other > Frequently Asked Questions / Contact Us.
* If you already own that item, it is possible that it will not display at the top of the screen if 'Sort' is in use.
If you cannot find the item you purchased, please scroll to the end of your items list, as it may be lower down.
* We regret to inform you that a set draw history page or purchase history page is not available. Should you have any issues regarding purchases, please contact us.
