A Soul-link Chat is where Maharaja, the manager of New Mahara Shop, connects with owners who frequent the shop and offers them a free gift. The details are as follows:

■Maharaja will connect with owners who have pulled a certain category of items (island, hom, or livly) from the same set 50 times.
Owners who receive a Soul-link Chat request from Maharaja may choose an item of their liking from the category of set they just pulled.

*Both 1x and 10x draws are eligible for this feature.
*Draws from a set are counted separately for each item category.
*Draws from a set can be accumulated over time (non-consecutively).
*Set draw count will only restart upon receiving a free gift from Maharaja.

■ Set draws made in the tutorial or using tickets are not counted in accumulative draws.

■All sets currently on sale in New Mahara Shop are eligible for this feature.

■You may only put one Soul-link Chat request on hold at a time. While a Soul-link Chat request is on hold, drawing from another set 50 times will not trigger a second Soul-link Chat request.

*If a Soul-link Chat is unexpectedly terminated, you may re-connect with Maharaja by tapping the notification on the lower right side of the New Mahara Shop home page or the corresponding set's details page.
