If you received a receipt from Apple for something you don’t remember purchasing, then one of the following might be the reason.

A receipt from the past 14 days has arrived late.
Several receipts from the past 14 days have been sent (and paid) as at set.
The date you received the email is the date the email was created and not the date you purchased an item in the app.

Also, if a receipt is received 14 days after purchasing, it may show several purchase dates and items on it.
*If you look at your Purchase History on the App Store, this date should match with the “Receipt email send date.”
*All receipts from Apple are sent via their system. We do not send them ourselves.


If you find a purchase that you don’t remember performing, please check your Paid Purchase History for the past 14 days.
