I set the BGM to ‘OFF’ but there’s still music playing
◆Check sound settings.
From the Home screen, hit ‘Menu’ on the bottom right, then go to Settings, then on Sound Settings find Music, Ambience, SFX. Make sure all of the sliders are at 0.
*Directly after changing your Sound settings, if you don’t allow for the app to send the changes to the server then your Sound setting edits will revert back to their default state once you restart the app.
*Once you have changed your Sound settings, please allow the app to send the data needed by interacting with your livlies and/or changing your hom’s clothing etc.
*Also, if you interact with your livlies and/or change you hom’s clothing, and change sound settings there may be a chance the Sound settings you changed won’t be saved.
