How do I confirm email receipts/purchase history [iOS]?
If a charge error occurs when purchasing GP, one of the following pieces of information will be required in order to conduct an investigation into the issue.
■ Receipt Email sent by Apple
■ Purchase History (confirmed via the iTunes Store or your Apple device)

◆Screenshots - Required Information
・Please capture a screenshot that displays all of the following: Order Number, Document Number, Date, Purchase Content & Price.
・If there are multiple purchases in your purchase history, please capture a screenshot where all of the required information fits within the screen. If you take multiple screenshots, please make sure to attach all of them when contacting us.
◆ How to see your Purchase History
You can find your purchase history on your device by using the following method.
1. Tap on App Store on your device.
2. Tap the icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
3. Choose the topmost account.
4. Input your Apple ID and Password, and log in.
5. Select purchase history.
6. Select your Total Billed for the time period specified.
