Livly Island requires a lot of image data to load hom fashion, delicate representations of the islands, etc. It also communicates during gameplay to obtain additional data when necessary. Therefore, we recommend that you play on a device with fast speed or under a fast network environment with a lot of free space and operating memory (2GB or more is recommended).

Please note that the following information is a result of tests conducted within our company environment. All operations mentioned below cannot be guaranteed.

Even if your device is in the following list of devices we have tested, it may not work due to factors such as OS updates, special settings on the device, amount of free space, communication conditions, or the communication speed.

*Updating Livly Island may cause it to not respond on older devices or devices where the app was already running slowly.
*Please note that we do not provide support for data corruption caused by running Livly Island on an OS version that we have not confirmed or supported, including beta versions prior to official releases from OS providers (Apple Inc., Google LLC, etc.).

・Livly Island is the only running app on your device
・Usage without any communication speed restrictions
・Usage in an online environment (Wi-Fi/4G/LTE)
・Communication speed 10Mbps downstream

*Operating memory refers to the RAM that is used to temporarily store data and run applications.

The app may not work properly if any of the following conditions apply:

・Enclosed rooms and underground facilities (e.g., subways)
・Movement at a high speed (e.g., in a train or car)
・Under high-voltage power lines
・Usage of free public Wi-Fi
・Usage of pocket Wi-Fi

Q: I cannot play Livly Island on my Challenge Tablet. Why?
A: Tablets and other devices that are mainly used for educational purposes have not been tested and may not be compatible.
