On uploading pictures to SNS and producing goods
The following information details the precautions to be taken when using images from Livly Island that you have created on your own.
Please make sure to read the following before publishing or creating such images.
(1) Creating and Distributing Images for Personal Use
- You are free to use images as you wish.
- All copyrights are owned by cocone corporation.
- Please use depictions that comply with the Livly Island Terms of Use.
- In particular, please avoid depictions that may significantly damage the reputation of Livly Island.
(2) Producing Goods
- There are no issues with giving away goods you have produced for free.
- If you are asked by the manufacturer of the goods to post them on your website or social media, please refuse to do so.
- Please refrain from using goods beyond the scope of personal use, such as for commercial and for-profit purposes, or exchanging them for cash and/or other economic profits (See "4. Prohibited Acts" in our Terms of Use).
(3) Featuring/Publishing Livly Island in Magazines for Sales Purposes
- Our app has been introduced in many publications and we would be happy for you to actively feature us in your magazine.
- Please note that we may refuse magazines that are offensive to public order and morality or do not fit the image of Livly Island.
- Please send us a copy of your proposal for the magazine.
