◆ Check your Sound Settings
From the Home screen, hit ‘Menu’ on the bottom right, then go to Settings, and select “Sound Settings.” 

Please check the following:

1. Music is ON
2. SFX is ON

◆ Check your Device Settings
Please check the volume and silent mode settings on your device.

・If silent mode is ON, you will not be able to hear the sound from your speakers.
・If you are using an Android device, please check your Music Playback settings as well.
