Can I log in to the app on multiple devices at the same time?

To improve the operational environment and enhance security for all livly owners, Livly Island is designed such that you may not log in to a single account on multiple devices at the same time.

However, you may log in to the same account on multiple devices at different times. 
For example, you may play Livly Island on a tablet when at home and a smartphone when outside.

Please make sure to set up data transfer for your account if you would like to log in on multiple devices. You will be required to enter your registered ID and Password every time you log in on a different device.

E.g. Transferring data from Device A to Device B

1. Close the app on Device A.
2. Launch the app on Device B and tap the Log In button. On the Login screen, enter your registered ID and Password.

*Depending on your device, the method for closing a running app may differ. To get help with your device, please contact your device manufacturer or mobile service provider.


◆ Precautions ◆

  • When you use multiple devices to log in to a single account, temporary discrepancies may be observed as actions performed on one device may not necessarily be reflected immediately on another device.
    If any delay is observed, please close the Livly Island app and try relaunching it at a later time.
     
  • You need to register an ID and Password to transfer data between different devices.
     
  • GP, doodoo, and Gredery Points will not be carried over when transferring data between different OSes. (i.e. iOS⇔Android).
