How do I set up data transfer?

1. Connect Apple/Google Accounts.

■How to connect your Store Account to Livly Island
SUB MENU LIST> Settings > Connect Account/Set Up Data Transfer

■Step by step 
1) Tap either "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" as per your Store Account.
*Please choose the account you would like to link.


2) Choose the Account you wish to connect to Livly Island
Please follow the on-screen prompts to finish the connection.


3) Once you see the screen "Account successfully linked." then you have successfully connected your account.

 

■How to login after linking accounts. (If you change devices and/or reinstall the app)
If you change your device and/or reinstall the app, you wil be able to recover your Livly account after you log into your connected Apple/Google account on that device.

■Register Data Transfer ID and Password
Set Up Data Transfer > Enter ID and Password > Confirm

Please store your account details in a safe place.

 

・Please avoid using easily guessed information for your password or account ID, such as your date of birth, your in-app account ID, or simple passwords like "123456" or "password."
・Using an easily guessed ID or password may put your account at risk of unauthorized access or takeover by a third party.

・We cannot tell anyone their Transfer ID or their password, as it is personal information.

 

■Data Transfer Method (Login Method)

1. Install Livly Island on the target device of data transfer.
2. Launch Livly Island and tap the Login button. 
3. On the Login screen, enter the ID and Password you registered on your source device and tap OK.
4. Data Transfer is complete when you are taken to your Island screen.

■Reset Account Details
You can confirm your registered ID and password from the Set Up Data Transfer screen. Enter a new ID and password and tap the Update button to reset your account details.

*Only a maximum of 6 characters will be displayed even if the password entered is more than 6 characters.
*Please note that your password will not be displayed for security reasons.
